Working in financial services has always appealed to me and rather than taking up a place at University I spent two years working for a local building society before joining Walden Capital in 2018 as a financial administrator.
Several exams later my current role is Paraplanner and Mortgage Co-ordinator within the Technical team. I am working hard to obtain my Level 4 diploma qualification.
Most of my working day is spent supporting the advisers in meetings, carrying out research, and writing detailed reports recommending financial solutions for our clients. I am also the main point of contact for our Mortgage and Equity Release enquiries. Being fully qualified in these areas, I particularly enjoy researching and proposing our recommendations that provide the best-fit solution for our client’s needs.
Outside of work, I spend time with friends, keep active, attend concerts and music events, and I am a wine connoisseur!
