Walden Capital Remote Working Communication

We would like to update you in regard to our plans regarding Walden Capital working remotely.

We last communicated to you on the 19th of March, where we explained that we needed to take some practical steps to follow Government guidelines and that during last week we intended to gradually implement our work from home strategy for both advisors and administration.  

As part of this phased plan, both the advisors and our administration staff will now be working remotely as of noon Monday the 23rd of March 2020.

Our staff are well versed with regards to remote working and have access to all our systems and client files.  We are also able to benefit from our policy of hiring local staff as they can access the building at a very short notice if required.

We have taken this step to safeguard the health of our employees and that of others whilst ensuring continuity of service for our clients. 

We would like to take this opportunity to remind you of the various emails that are available for you to contact us as the main switchboard will be replaced with a voicemail.

If you require to speak directly to an administrator or an advisor, please email general enquiries and we will respond directly asap, either from the administration team or the advisors directly.

Our plan was always designed to minimise disruption and provide continuity of service, whilst remaining vigilant and cooperative with Government guidelines.
