Here at walden capital we are very proud of the investment solutions we've built, they have done an excellent job since launch and provide a really good investment experience for our clients. We have built portfolios that do what they say they are going to do. Of course this is partly because we are very careful not to claim that we can do the impossible, like successfully, consistently, predict future returns. However we can tell you how they are going to behave in broad terms. It isn't enough to know our portfolios; to do a great job for you, we need to know you too. Your individual situation will have a huge impact on what investment solutions might be right for you, and we like to spend time getting to know you so that as far as possible we advise you to do the right things for you and your family.
Here Jim Parker, Vice President at Dimensional Fund Advisors offers his views on where the capabilities of institutional style evidence led investment stop, and where the requirement for individual advice begins.
