After a successful career in the travel industry, I started to delve into my own personal finances during the coronavirus pandemic and found the experience so interesting that I started studying for my Level 4 diploma in regulated financial planning.
Having passed with flying colours I approached Walden Capital to discuss a career transition to put my newfound knowledge to good use and was delighted to be hired as a trainee financial advisor whilst being provided with support to commence my chartered qualification.
I’m currently part of the technical team supporting advisers in meetings, researching financial solutions, and writing detailed reports. The best part of the job is when I am involved in client meetings when we present solutions that exceed their expectations.
Outside of work I am a long-suffering supporter of Welsh rugby as well as being a coffee and wine enthusiast!
