Client Relationship Manager

An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for a Client Relationship Manager to join our successful wealth management practice. We are seeking an individual with excellent communication and administrative skills plus a proactive nature to work closely with and support the wealth management consultants in all client related tasks.


To provide prospective and current clients with a seamless experience by acting as the interface between them, the consultants and administrators to cement an ongoing and long term professional relationship.

Responsibilities to include :- para-planning for client's needs; attending and recording client meetings; suitability report writing, ensuring accurate up to date and compliant client records; the co-ordination of client reviews and preparation of accurate meeting packs; documenting and improving administration processes where possible; events organisation; and generally providing any other technical and administrative support services to clients and consultants where needed.

Essential Skills/Qualifications

  • Extremely well organised, determination to succeed and ability to hit the ground running.
  • Excels in all aspects of communication especially verbal and written.
  • Systems and IT competent ideally with Microsoft, Bluecoat Finplan, Voyant, Finametrica Risk Profiling, Financial Express Analytics, Transact and Elevate.
  • Varied para-planning experience.
  • The ability to write well justified and clearly explained suitability reports.
  • Financial Planning exams.


Base salary depending upon experience £25k +

Financial Adviser

Currently the business is expanding in a number of directions and is looking to acquire a dynamic and flexible Financial Planner. We would also consider acquiring your business.


The position of Financial Adviser requires a level 4 qualification and you will be preferably be Chartered or working towards this pinnacle of professional achievement. You will have experience in providing a consistent and repeatable high quality customer service and be comfortable working with both high net worth individuals and families.

Experience & Role

We are looking for a CF30, currently CAS adviser who is seeking to join a dynamic and high quality Wealth Management business. You will be supporting the main fee earner by taking over a number of accounts, as well as being responsible for generating new clients for the business. It is also envisaged you have a substantial client base yourself.

Experience of working with corporate customers would be an advantage as this is an area of focus. A working knowledge and understanding of Voyant cash flow forecasting, Finametrica risk profiling, and the principles of passive asset allocation will be very useful.

We are looking to grow our Trustee Investment proposition, and individuals skilled in building relationships with introducers are particularly sought. Mortgage advice qualifications would be useful as this is currently a very busy area of our business.

A clean compliance record without any FCA criticism is essential.
